GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

1.1. The Libweb website is operated as part of the company Tour Praha s.r.o., with its registered office at Na zátorách 613/8, Holešovice (Prague 7), 170 00 Prague, Company ID: 17240387, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague.

Tour Praha s.r.o. hereby issues these General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) in accordance with Section 1751 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.

CONTRACTING PARTIES

2.1. Provider: Tour Praha s.r.o., Company ID: 17240387, registered office: Na zátorách 613/8, Holešovice (Prague 7), 170 00 Prague, contact email: work@libiweb.com.

2.2. The Customer is any individual or legal entity ordering digital services from the Provider (e.g., web design, automation) based on a Contract entered into in accordance with these GTC.

2.3. The legal relationship between the Provider and the Customer is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. In the event of discrepancies between language versions, the Czech version shall prevail.

SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

3.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of digital services, particularly web development and process automation, according to individual agreements between the parties.

3.2. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Provider, either via email or by another provable method.

PAYMENT TERMS

4.1. The service price is agreed individually and will be specified in the issued invoice.

4.2. The invoice is due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

4.3. Payment is made via bank transfer to the Provider’s account specified in the invoice.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

5.1. The Provider undertakes to deliver services with professional care and in accordance with the agreed terms.

5.2. The Customer agrees to cooperate and provide truthful materials necessary for service delivery.

5.3. The Customer is responsible for the legality of the materials supplied (texts, images, etc.).

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

6.1. Personal data processing is governed by a separate Privacy Policy available on the Provider’s website.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

7.1. The Customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, provided that performance has not yet started.

7.2. If performance has started at the Customer’s request before the expiry of the withdrawal period, withdrawal is not possible.

COMPLAINTS

8.1. The Customer may submit a complaint within 7 days of identifying a defect.

8.2. The Provider will resolve the complaint within 15 business days unless otherwise agreed.

FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1. These GTC come into effect on 05.05.2025.

9.2. The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these conditions. The updated version will be published on the Provider’s website.

9.3. Any disputes arising from the contractual relationship shall be resolved under Czech law, by the court with jurisdiction based on the Provider’s registered office.

9.4. If any provision of these GTC is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

9.5. By entering into the contract, the Customer confirms they have read and agree to these GTC.
